I contacted Metcalfe Lighting after dealing with two other electrical companies who claimed that they could repair our neon signs, but failed. The main signs for our business were not working and it was urgent that I have these repaired.
The friendly team from Metcalfe responded immediately and were on site within a day. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and promptly repaired the signs. After our frustrating experience with the other companies, this was a real treat. Our signs are now working perfectly. Such efficiency and professionalism is all too rare.

We have used METCALFE LIGHTING for about 4 years now. We initially called them in to replace various burnt out bulbs/ballasts in our warehouses and offices and received fast professional service each time. The pricing is also very competitive especially considering the timely arrival and quality of products used/ recommended. Recently we had numerous bulbs and ballasts burn out relatively close to each other and Metcalfe recommended that we changing all of our lighting to LED. They provided us with a quote after performing a detailed site inspection and let us know that they could help us with a rebate as some of the lighting they recommended did qualify for this. We were very pleased to receive about 10% of our project cost back as well as save money on all future hydro bills. Metcalfes office staff made the rebate process very easy and was always there to answer questions as we went along. I would strongly recommend them for any of your lighting needs/projects big or small.
